Price
The selling price is the amount shown (displayed price/consumption tax included) plus a separate delivery charge.
The shipping fee is a flat rate of 1,100 yen per delivery address nationwide, including remote islands and some areas.
If you purchase more than 11,000 yen (including tax), shipping will be free.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee will be a flat 330 yen.
If you choose to pay at a convenience store, a separate payment fee of 220 yen will be charged.
If you choose to pay by carrier, a flat rate of 6.0% will be charged for all three carriers (revised on April 9, 2021).

Time and method of payment of price

[Payment method]
Credit card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery, convenience store payment, PayPal, carrier payment (docomo Keitai Payment, au Simple Payment, Softbank Collective Payment), and Rakuten Pay are accepted.

[Payment Period]
In the case of credit card, PayPal, carrier payment, and Rakuten Pay, payment will be confirmed at the time the product is ordered.
In the case of bank transfer, please transfer the money to the designated account within 7 business days after ordering the product.
In the case of cash on delivery, please pay the delivery person when you receive the product. In case of convenience store payment, please complete the payment procedure at the designated convenience store after completing the order.
For convenience store payment, a separate payment fee of 220 yen will be charged.
For carrier payment, a flat rate of 6.0% will be charged for all three carriers (revised on April 9, 2021).

Return Policy
We accept returns only if the delivered product has any defect such as a crack. Since all of our products are made of wood, the product you would receive may have natural patterns from the grain of a tree burl which you would not necessarily like. However, such products do not have any quality problem for use. Please enjoy individual wood patterns and colors.

Delivery
If your desired product is in stock, your order will be shipped from Japan to the designated address within 7 working days upon our receipt of your order. We do not accept your delivery date request.

If your order is a purchase reservation, we will inform you of the delivery schedule by Email.

We do not accept the deliverance to two ore more addresses within one buying procedure. If you wish to ship to plural destinations, please complete a buying procedure for each destination.

After completion of your buying procedure, we will choose a freight company, depending on each shipping address, and inform you of the detailed information by Email.

Stock Status
Depending on the timing of your buying procedure, your order may happen to become out of stock even though it was listed as in stock in the online shop. In this case, we will inform you of available date of your order by Email.

Also, even if desired product is listed as out of stock in the online shop, it may happen to be in stock due to the timing of updating the stock status in the online shop. Therefore, please feel free to inquire us about the stock status, delivery date etc through our inquiry form or Email.

Restricted Services Caused by COVID-19
Due to restricted delivery service caused by COVID-19 situation, we are unable to deliver our products to certain areas, depending on the freight company. If we cannot find any freight company which is able to deliver your order to your designated address, we will contact you by Email and proceed for the refund.

Moreover, according to the situation in Japan, we may cause an inconvenience, such as your reserved product does not arrive in our shop as expected schedule.
